Child Care is offered Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 9:30am-11:30am and Wednesday and Friday from 8:30am-10:30am for an additional fee.
WSM has cardio equipment, a complete weight room, and a group exercise room available for all members.
Western Sports Mall offers five (5) racquetball courts that are available during normal fitness center operating hours. Looking for a league to join? WSM offers league play Monday and Wednesday evenings during 10 week sessions.
Personal trainers with a range of different certifications are available to help you achieve the results that you are looking for! WSM trainers understand that each person's needs are different. They want to help you make the change to improve your health long term.
Locker rooms are available for all members to use free of charge. Each locker room is equipped with large lockers to store personal belongings, private showers, and bathroom stalls.
WSM members have access to the entire facility including basketball courts and indoor soccer fields unless they are being used for a program. Many members will walk/run around each of these areas instead of using the treadmill.
