Group Exercise

General Information:
Our group fitness program offers a variety of different classes led by our expert instructors to help you achieve your fitness goals. Group fitness creates a social, energetic environment to keep you motivated throughout your workout.

Class Descriptions:

  • Boot Camp: A high intensity program developed by the trainers at ASAP. The program is a combination of strength and conditioning often used in training athletes. This class is an excellent way for both men and women to get leaner and stronger.

  • TRX Suspension Training: Born in the Navy Seals, this craft consists of body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility, and core stability. TRX enables hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.
  • Body Sculpt: A one hour class divided into 15 minutes of cardio, 15 minutes of upper body toning, 15 minutes of core toning, & 15 minutes of leg toning.
  • Stretch: A whole body stretch focused on relaxation, flexibility, and toning of the muscles.
  • Tone & Strength: A combination of upper body, lower body, and core strengthening exercises mixed in with light conditioning and stretching.
  • Cardio Step / Arms Toning: With 40 minutes of step arobics followed by 20 minutes of upper body scuplting this class will definitely elevate your heart rate & give your arms a toned, lean look!
  • Cardio/Legs: This class will burn calories, get your heart rate going, and shape your legs up in an intense 30 minute workout. Combine this with TRX for an hour of full body conditioning.
  • Walk it Off/Yoga: If your body is sore from your last workout or you just want to increase your flexibility, then this is the class for you! Class begins with a warm up to make your muscles warm and pliable, followed by yoga designed to lengthen and restore your muscles back to health. Class begins with a light cardio warm up to length your muscles and restore them back to health.
  • Interval Training: High intensity cardio intervals mixed with toning exercises for legs, arms and core provide a vigorous whole body workout.
  • Spinning: This class focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. It is a great way to burn a high amount of calories in a short amount of time.
  • Spin & Strength: This class takes everything you love about Spinning and combines it with a full body workout. This high intensity class bounces back and forth from cardio on the bike to full body resistance training.
